"In my opinion, clothing is by no means, nor will it ever be a simple piece of cloth. It is a direct medium to externalize internal desires and ideas, thus revealing the distinctive personality that the wearer decides to shape. This is why I often use the narrative language of movies to create fashion series: let images with image space record the present, a series of stories or interlaced discord and eclecticism, containing profound level imagination of human nature."—— Alessandro Mikari
During Milan Fashion Week, Alessandro Miccoli displayed the Exquisite Gucci series in the dazzling reflector hall, presenting a dreamlike fashion phantom; This symbolic space, just like the clothing itself, strongly and clearly shows its infinite potential.
Stanley Kubrick is one of the most outstanding masters in the film industry, who dares to break the classification. In order to enrich his ideas and pay tribute to Stanley Kubrick, Alessandro Michaeli invited Milena Canonero, the costume designer of several Kubrick films, to reproduce some scenes that have become the vocabulary of today's culture.
The dress designed by Laura Whitcomb, which inspired Madonna to dominate the streets of New York in the 1990s, coincides with the Gothic style scene of Shining. The tulle evening dress decorated with folds is dreamy and light, but it can show conflict and opposition in the grand and dustless dystopian space of 2001: A Space Odyssey.
In the delicate and direct film scene, Alessandro Michaeli said: "Clothes and life are drawn closer again. They are detached from the entity and become an imaginative and narrative vehicle, telling the story of each of us.
